Man turns himself in to police after Temple hit and run

Police confirm a man turned himself in Thursday morning, in relation to a hit and run Wednesday night in Temple.
A woman in her 30s was seriously injured after the third such incident in three days.
It happened shortly after 8 p.m. along Temple Drive in Calgary’s northeast.
Investigators said lights were flashing and the woman was walking in a marked crosswalk with two small children when she was struck and thrown into the air.
EMS transported the woman to hospital in stable condition.
The two toddlers were taken to hospital as a precaution.
