Man’s body found in southeast Calgary

A man’s body has been pulled from an irrigation canal in southeast Calgary.
The fire department was called to the area on 17 Avenue near Deerfoot Trail just before 11 a.m. Monday.
The medical examiner has arrived on scene, and the Calgary Police Service will be taking over the investigation.
