Provincial government announcing pot legislation

With recreational pot being legalized in less than a year, the province is trying to get ahead of the game.
For the second time this week, marijuana will be front and centre in the legislature.
A new bill will be introduced Thursday with details being made to the public around 3:30 p.m.
It comes after the province brought forward amendments to the Traffic Safety Act to cover off driving under the influence of marijuana.
There is also a call from the province of Quebec for Ottawa to delay the legalization by a year saying more time is needed to work out a fair deal on how to split the taxes brought in by pot sales.
