Police release new photos in search for Kelly Flock

Police are releasing new information, including a picture of a bicycle, in their search for missing Calgary senior Kelly Flock.

The 68-year-old man was last seen at a restaurant in the 2700 block of 34 Avenue S.W. on Thursday, June 22 and hasn’t been seen or heard from by his family since, which they add is out of character for him.

Investigators believe he may be travelling on a dark charcoal-coloured road bicycle and they’re asking the public to watch for the bike around the city.

The hope is the location of the bike may provide valuable information on Kelly’s whereabouts.

It’s described as a dark-charcoal Trek 5000 road bike, with skinny tires, the word “Trek” on the angle bar, the number “5000” on the vertical bar, “OCLV” on the horizontal bar and a water bottle holder installed.

The bike is a mid-90s model.

Kelly himself is described as Caucasian, 5’11” tall, approximately 165 pounds with a slim build, grey hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Calgary Police or Crime Stoppers.
