Calgary man killed in three-vehicle collision near Vulcan

A three-vehicle collision has claimed the life of a 52-year-old Calgary man.
The crash happened Saturday afternoon, on Highway 23 just north of Vulcan.
Police say a pickup truck crossed the centre line and collided with an oncoming semi-truck.
Another vehicle, following the semi, was also caught up in the crash.
The driver of the pickup truck was taken to hospital, where he later died.
The other two drivers were taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Police aren’t sure why the pickup crossed into oncoming traffic, and continue to investigate.
