Progressive Conservatives pick new leader in Calgary

We should know later today who will lead Alberta’s Progressive Conservative Party.
The convention is underway and delegates will be voting early Saturday afternoon.
Still standing are Vermilion-Lloydminster MLA Richard Starke, Calgary attorney Byron Nelson and former Harper cabinet minister, Jason Kenney.
The ballots open at 12:30 p.m.
The result is scheduled for 4:30 p.m., assuming it’s a first ballot victory.
