Brian Jean unveils new RV for provincial tour

Wildrose Leader Brian Jean will be rolling around Alberta on some fresh wheels.
Jean unveiled a new RV Friday at Nose Hill Park, as he continues his town hall series.
The tour has covered over 2200 kilometres, with stops in Airdrie, Red Deer, Grande Praire, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Calgary.
Jean says Albertans will see the message ‘On Your Side’ across the vehicle.
“That name is very obvious to represent what we are; Wildrose is on the side of everyday Albertan’s and we’re fighting for their priorities and making sure that we listen to them so we can fight their priorities in the future, because that’s what it’s all about. Public service is about serving the public. And due to the incredible support of party member’s right across the province, we’ve been able to get the RV back on the road so Albertans know when we are in their community.”
He adds that so far, the tour has been a success.
“It’s no secret that we have outraised all of the other parties combined relating to support form grassroots members. Those average donations have been about $50 each. We really appreciate that, without those donations we will not be able to prepare and get a war chest sufficient enough to beat the NDP.”
The tour will continue for the rest of the summer, wrapping up at the beginning of the next legislative session.
