Three people found uninjured after emergency helicopter landing

Three people got out of a helicopter without any injuries after a reported hard landing in a remote area near the edge of Banff National Park.
According to Sundre RCMP, an emergency locator transmitter signal was activated in the Forestry Trunk Road and the Coal Camp area around 12 p.m. Sunday.
Police also got a report from a pilot who flew over the remote Ice Lake area, and spotted three people waving him down. The pilot said it appeared the aircraft made a hard landing.
Helicopters from Stars Air Ambulance, Alberta Forestry and RCMP were all notified about the distress signal.
The passengers were all located in an area above the treeline. Police say the chopper experienced some technical issues and was forced to land.
