Calgary police investigating a possible homicide in Forest Lawn

Investigators are combing through the scene of another shooting in Calgary.

At about 5 p.m. Saturday, the Calgary Police Service was called to the 5000 block of 20 Ave. S.E. in the community of Forest Lawn.

Police confirmed shots were fired and they found the body of a man at the scene.

The shooting happened at a barber shop in the area and CPS closed a section of the road for several hours to investigate.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
