If you’re making a run for the border Tuesday evening, or Wednesday, plan ahead.
That’s the word from Charlene Kushnieruk with the Canada Border Services Agency who says they are anticipating a busy couple days with Canada Day being Wednesday.
“We also encourage people to plan early in the morning, or late afternoon and early evening, and to try to avoid the times between 2 o’clock and 5 o’clock in the afternoon,” she said.
She encourages Albertans to use the Coutts border crossing and leave extra time to get where they’re going in case they run into a line at the border.
