Calgary police are looking into a night time break and enter at a southeast home.
Police received the call around 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Applewood Place.
A man reportedly entered the home through a window and once inside, made his way into the master bedroom where he woke a resident while rifling through a dresser.
The man then approached the 49-year-old woman with a knife and demanded the bracelet off her wrist.
The culprit then fled the scene.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
Police are reminding Calgarians to make sure their homes are secured at night, especially as the weather warms up and windows are more likely to be left open.
