Calgary’s Young Canadians are gearing up for a concert Sunday evening.
The kids will be kicking up their heels in Banff.
It’ll be a rowsing performance with small ensembles to stage-filling productions.
Mike Jewitt tells 660News they’ll be presenting ‘The Evolution of Soul.’
“The production is definitely a throwback to the soulful years. Our costumes will bring back memories of the good old sixties, seventies, early 80’s and how we’ve seen soul music evolve over time,” said Jewitt.
The show is free but they’re taking donations at the door to support the program.
The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Banff Centre.
