Calgary’s New Year’s baby is a bundle of joy wrapped in a pink blanket!
Xing Situ and Chun Ma welcomed a daughter at 12:00:55 a.m.
The little girl was born at the Peter Lougheed Centre.
Dad says she actually came a little bit early.
“Actually she was due tomorrow, January 2nd, I feel so excited, so happy,” said Situ.
Both baby and mom are in good health.
Edmonton’s first newborn of the year is also a girl!
Echo Adams arrived at 12:02 a.m. to the waiting arms of parents Kayla McEvoy and Jared Adams.
