Cancelled Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer pays it forward

There’s a silver lining to the smoky sky that caused the cancellation of the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer.

The freezers are now full at the Mustard Seed in Calgary.

The annual ride had to be cut short because of poor air quality, and the event’s organizers then contacted The Mustard Seed to donate the food that was supposed to be for the nearly 2000 biking participants.

The donation works out to be over 600 meals with about 500 pounds of beef brisket.
