Calgary Foothills WFC on cusp of Canadian soccer history

When the United Women’s Soccer National Championship kicks off this weekend, a Canadian team will be there.

Calgary Foothills WFC is the first squad from north of the border with a chance to hoist the trophy. It’s an especially impressive feat considering this is just the sophomore season for the team.
