Investigation still ongoing one year after quadruple murder in Calgary

It’s been nearly one year since a quadruple murder in Calgary, and police say they are still searching for suspects.

On July 10th, 36-year-old Glynnis Fox, 25-year-old Cody Pfeiffer, and 39-year-old Tiffany ear were found dead in a burnt out vehicle in the northwest community of Sage Hill.

Two days later, a fourth person, Hanock Afowerk, was found dead west of Calgary on highway 22.

In October Calgary police charged 24-year-old Yu Chieh Lia and 25-year-old Tewodros Mutugeta Kebede for first degree murder in the death of Afowerk, and three counts of accessory after the fact to murder.

Police are now asking for help to identify anyone using Saskatchewan-based cell phone number 306-381-2088 between Sunday, July 9th and Monday, July 10th.

The phone number was disconnected shortly after the homicides.

Investigators are also asking for help to identify someone who goes by the nickname “Bleezy”.

Anyone who may have information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact the police non-emergency number at 403-266-1234, or Crime Stoppers anonymously using either of the following methods:
