Out of control wildfire burning near Cochrane

Provincial fire crews are dealing with an out of control wildfire west of Cochrane Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say it is one hectare in size, and it is burning in a mostly forested area.
Kathryn lives in cochrane and says it appears the blaze is close to Jumping Pound and West Terrace.
“There are two water bombers right now, but if it moves east it will hit both houses, and if it moves west it will just continue hitting forest.”
The province says ‘out of control’ means the fire is burning and has the potential to grow.
