One man dead after Multi-vehicle collision northwest of Calgary

RCMP have released more information on a fatal crash northwest of the city Friday night.
Didsbury RCMP responded to calls about a truck driving North Bound on Highway 22, swerving and driving erratically at about 6 p.m. Friday.
While attending the scene, an additional call was received indicating the truck matching the description of the previous complaints was involved in a collision with several other vehicles.
The preliminary investigation revealed the truck was heading northbound on Highway 22 when it attempted to pass a vehicle and struck a southbound RV.
A collision occurred with a northbound RV and a southbound semi.
A 30-year-old man, the driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man and woman in the southbound RV suffered only minor injuries.
Neither the lone occupant, a woman in the northbound RV or the driver of the semi were injured.
Speed and weather are not considered to be factors.
