A suspect has been charged in the death of a Calgary man who was found frozen in a northeast parking lot.
Joshua Mills, 28, of Edmonton, was charged with second-degree murder last Friday in connection to the homicide — which dates back to November 2014.
The Calgary Police Service was called to the 5900 block of Madigan Drive N.E. about a man later identified as 41-year-old Douglas Miller, who appeared to be frozen.
Months later, police received a tip that his death may be suspicious.
Investigators said new information came forward in February after images of a person of interest lead to several public tips.
Police believe the suspect and victim knew each other.
