Police arrest man accused in murder of Darby Shade

Calgary police have arrested one of two men wanted in connection with the murder of Darby Shade.
Matthew Crane-Watchmaker was taken into custody late Tuesday night on a warrant for second-degree murder by Wetaskiwin RCMP.
Shade was identified as the victim of a murder that occurred in Rosscarrock on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
Crane-Watchmaker is being transported back to Calgary.
Investigators are still looking for help in finding the second man wanted in connection with the case, 25-year-old Christian Whitebear.
He’s described as Indigenous, approximately 5’11” tall and 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
