Body of missing kayaker located near Lake Louise

RCMP and Parks Canada have recovered the body of a kayaker on the Bow River near Lake Louise.
Authorities were contacted Monday night about the woman who had gone on a solo trip but had not returned.
Just a couple hours earlier, an abandoned kayak was seen near the Taylor Lake area.
Parks Canada completed a search via helicopter and found what it believed to be a submerged person upstream.
Around midnight, crews recovered the body of a 25-year-old from Clarington, Ontario.
Parks Canada and RCMP say their thoughts are with the family, friends, and colleagues of the young woman.
