Historic Bow Valley Ranche reopening in early February

The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant in Fish Creek Provincial Park is getting set to reopen.

The property has been under new management since late 2013 and after undergoing renovations, will reopen on Tuesday, February 4th.

Built over 100 years ago by William Roper Hull, the Bow Valley Ranche first served as a private family home for one of the original Calgarians.

The idea of the Calgary Stampede was born in the front parlour room of the ranch house by the ‘Big 4’ as they are known today.

The restaurant is being touted as featuring timeless cuisine of Albertan and Canadian dishes enjoyed in the elegant ambience of this historical property.
