Giddy up, Halifax: Canadian Country Music Awards coming to town in 2015

HALIFAX – Halifax has been chosen to host the Canadian Country Music Awards in 2015.

Canadian Country Music Week will be held beginning Sept. 10, 2015, and the awards ceremony is scheduled for Sept. 13.

The awards are being held in Edmonton this year and next.

Halifax last hosted the event in 1982.
