Cold, wet weather forced many campers to pack up on Sunday, ending their long weekend a little early.

Dave Hanna, area manager for Kananaskis Country, says Friday and Saturday were pretty nice, but on Saturday they received snow in the high country and quite a bit of rain in other areas.

He tells 660News the poor weather and visibility also affected some hikers. A few got lost on trails in the backcountry over the weekend.

Hanna says all of the hikers have now been accounted for.
