Calgary police have laid 20 additional charges against a local psychiatrist following an allegation of sexual assault from one of his former patients.
The first charge against Aubrey Levin was laid in March, and now police say the 71-year-old is facing 20 additional sexual assault charges after a four-month investigation.
The assaults are alleged to have happened during counselling sessions or court-ordered visits in Levin's Peter Lougheed Centre office or examination rooms.
It brings the total number of sexual assault charges Levin is facing to 21.
