Alnoor Kassam running for mayor

A former candidate for mayor is trying again.
Alnoor Kassam is the eleventh person to join the race to head up city hall.
Kassam says as mayor, he wants to change the way provincial cash is doled out and serve the city he loves so much.
He's set to officially launch his campaign at 10 a.m. Monday at a press conference in the Palliser Hotel.
Three years ago, he spent more than a million dollars of his own money in a failed bid to oust Mayor Dave Bronconnier.
