Six more Univeristy of Calgary students attended hearings with a top school official Friday regarding possible expulsion for non-academic misconduct.
The students are part of a campus pro-life group that have frequently set up displays that compare abortion to genocide.
The university is taking the students to task for refusing to turn the signs away from passers-by.
The Canadian Constitution Foundation's John Carpay tells 660News the real issue is whether campus security has any authority to be in the business of censoring the peaceful expression of speech on campus.
The school's vice provost has said they will make a decision on the students fate in five to ten days.
