Lynda loves being back in her home town as morning show co-host for Calgary's only all news radio station. She arrived home from the sunny Okanagan where she spent 5 years as morning show co-host at kiss fm. While in BC Lynda was voted best radio personality by the readers of "Okanagan Life Magazine" and also was honoured as favourite female announcer by the readers of "Off Centre Magazine". In March 2006 she headed back to Calgary as morning show anchor at 660 News. Lynda is a graduate of the broadcasting program at Mount Royal College.

Well yeehaw... 660News is already getting in the Stampede mood. That's why we are proud to present The Judds on July 10th at the Dome.
The Judd's are composed of Naomi and her daughter, Wynonna, were one of the most popular country music duos of the 1980s. Together, they recorded more than 10 studio albums that included 14 number one hits on the Billboard Hot Country Singles charts. In 1991, Naomi was forced to retire due to illness, leaving Wynonna to pursue a solo career. In 2008, the Judds will play at select venues. The Judds have won a total of 61 awards, including six Grammys.

2009 Tim Hortons Brier

660News is proud to be a part of the 2009 Tim Hortons Brier, March 7-15, 2009 at the Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary. There is no sport that fits the description of a true Canadian championship more so than the Brier. Teams from across the country will be sending their Men’s Provincial Champion teams to compete against each other for the title of Tim Hortons Brier Champion. This team goes on to represent Canada at the Ford World Men’s Championship.
