She would spend virtually all of the money on her two favourite things, travel and music. Specifically, she would travel the world attending concerts held by her favourite bands and artists.

Melissa loves all genres of music from pop to punk, and jazz to reggae.

As for travel, although she has never been farther east in Canada than Saskatchewan, Melissa has visited Europe five times.

However, she does want to discover more of her 'home and native land'

Melissa started working at 660News shortly after it launched in 2006.

She is a graduate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology CTSR program, where she studied Broadcast News.
