I hail from the pumpkin capital of Alberta, Smoky Lake. And yes it's true what they say, bigger is better, when it comes to pumpkins anyway. I've been in the radio biz since 2005, after spending a few years working as a teacher's assistant in Edmonton and spending a year traveling and working in the U-K, mostly the heather filled hills of Scotland's highlands.

My news career began in Saskatoon after attending WABC, and then I was whisked off to Drayton Valley for awhile before moving to Grande Prairie and eventually settling here in beautiful Calgary. I am quite excited to finally be here where I am able to cheer for my beloved flames without being yelled at or spat on. (You oil fans know exactly what I am talking about!) And of course I love reporting the going on's in our city and relaying that information on to you!
