It takes something very silly to give me the giggles on-air, but it almost happened when I found out Prime Minister Stephen Harper MISSED the photo-op with the other world leaders at the G-20 Summit.

Hilarious!

There was a noticable gap in the group where Harper was supposed to be.

It didn’t help that the person Harper was supposed to be standing beside (German Chancellor Angela Merkel) was wearing a bright red blazer.

I’m still smiling.

Eventually a re-shoot was organized… with Harper.

How do you miss a picture with 19-of the world’s most powerful people?

How did Harper’s handlers let him make an international gaffe of that magnitude?

Honestly, I don’t care… because it made for great comedy.
