Our offices are open Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. We are closed on all holidays.

• You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID(driver's license or birth certificate)before prizes may be released. If you want someone else to pick up your prize, they must come with a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID(driver's license or birth certificate). The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number. Please note the prize that you won and the date of winning. Please make a courtesy call to the 660 NEWS switchboard(291-0000)to confirm that you will be sending someone BEFORE picking up your prize.
• You have 30 days from the day you won to pick up your prize, and in the case of a website contest, 30 days from the date the winning email was sent to you.  Please be advised that some prizes have time restrictions(e.g.. concert tickets or movie passes)and it is the responsibility of the listener to pick up their prize before the expiry date. If you pick up a prize after it has expired, 660 NEWS is not responsible for replacing it.
• At the discretion of 660 NEWS some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases, i.e.. trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner's behalf.
• Please be aware that our station policy is that listeners are not permitted to win more than once in a 30-day period.
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. There will be no substitutions.
