CALGARY - Americas Petrogas Inc. (TSXV:BOE), a junior Calgary resources company, says it has struck a bought deal with a group of underwriters to issue more than 8.6 million shares at 81 cents each to raise more than $7 million.
The company's shares were halted on the TSX Venture Exchange pending news.
The offering is slated to close the week of March 29.
Money raised from the share sale will be used for the company's oil and gas exploration and to develop a potash project.
