Man connected to Calgary murder found dead in B.C.

A man found in a car in Revelstoke last fall, who later died, is connected to a 2017 Calgary homicide.

City police responded to a home on Oakmoor Drive S.W. on Sunday, Oct. 15 of last year, where they found 29-year-old Cyrus Ebrahimi shot to death.

The next day, police asked for help locating his roommate, 32-year-old Mohammadali Darabi.

After an autopsy, the man found in the car in B.C. was confirmed to be Darabi and also connected him to the firearm used in the shooting.

Police say the incident was a targeted attack, and the investigation has concluded.
