Bret Hart encourages prostate cancer checks before Valentine’s Day

Get healthy for your “Sweet-Hart” by getting checked.

That’s the message of the 3rd annual Bret Hart Men’s Health Day Tuesday.

Hart, a cancer survivor, is encouraging all men to visit Calgary’s Prostate Cancer Centre for a free baseline PSA test, as well as blood sugar, blood pressure, and waist circumference measurements.

Hart’s eldest brother, Smith, passed away from complications due to prostate cancer last July.

The testing is happening at the Prostate Cancer Centre in the Rockyview Hospital from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
