Highway drivers face white out conditions Saturday night

Mounties warned drivers to stay off the highways Saturday night as road conditions were extremely dangerous.
RCMP all across the province were kept busy dealing with a number of collisions, according to Calgary Police the dispatch centre dealt with a high number of calls throughout the day.
Cochrane RCMP issued a warning to drivers on Highway 1, Highway 1A and Highway 22 and all other roads in the Cochrane area and west of the city to be aware of white out conditions.
All Calgarians are recommended to use the highways only if necessary.
