Missing Claresholm man sends ‘help me” text to wife

A man texted “help me” to his wife Sunday morning and hasn’t been heard from since.
RCMP are asking for help for looking Nelson Pires, 51, who was last seen leaving his Claresholm home, south of Calgary, at aboUt 8 a.m.
He was en route to Calgary and his family hasn’t been able to contact him since the message was sent.
Pires was driving a red, four door , 2011 Mazda 3 and was wearing a jean jacket over a green, white and blue hoodie. He was also wearing brown pants and black Crocs.
RCMP said his family is worried and police are concerned about Pires’ well being.
