Still unclear on how to vote in the municipal election?

Here’s what you need to know:

You can find out where your voting station is here.

Make sure you bring one piece of identification to confirm your residency. It could be an Alberta Driver’s License, a government-issued identification card, an income property assessment notice, or a residential lease. Click here for a full list of accepted documents.

If you want to do some last minute research, here is information on all the candidates for school trustee, councillor and mayor.

Calgarians confined to the hospital will have a chance to vote: election workers will be going bed-to-bed Monday.

If you’re a student from elsewhere in the province but are currently living at a post-secondary residence in Calgary, you are also eligible to cast a ballot.

Polls close at 8 p.m.
