Man fighting for life after downtown stabbing

A man is in hospital after a stabbing somewhere downtown.
Calgary police Acting Sergeant David Fakas tells 660 NEWS they were called out just after seven p.m. Friday.
“Police and EMS were called to the area of Jack Singer Concert Centre to an individual who was suffering due to a stab wound to the upper body, the victim was initially uncooperative and then went unconscious and was being transported to hospital in possible life threatening condition due to the location of the stab wound,” said Fakas.
He says they don’t where the man was stabbed, so they are canvassing the area and looking over CCTV footage.
No one is in custody.
