CPS looking for CTrain stabbing suspect

Calgary police have released CCTV images of a man wanted in a stabbing last week on the CTrain.

A 45-year-old man was stabbed in the chest as the train approached Marlborough station, after getting in an altercation with another passenger on July 18.

Originally in life-threatening condition, the victim has now been released from hospital.

The suspect is described as Indigenous, approximately 6′ to 6’2″ tall with a slim build. He was wearing a dark ball cap, sunglasses, a black long-sleeved top and blue jeans.
