Man in hospital after downtown hit and run

Calgary police are hunting for the driver of a vehicle after an apparent hit and run downtown Sunday morning.
It happened in the 700 block of Centre Street south just after 3:30 a.m.
Police say one person was hit by a vehicle and the driver left the scene.
Paramedics rushed a man in his early 20s to Foothills Medical Centre in serious, potentially life-threatening condition with concerns about head injuries.
There’s no word yet on what type of vehicle police are looking for.
