She’s still reeling from the shock.
A Calgary woman is now a millionaire after checking her January 6 LOTTO MAX ticket.
Mary D’Clute says she was surprised to see so many zeroes, at first believing she’d only won $100,000.
D’Clute says she’ll put most of her winnings towards retirement, but she also plans to treat herself.
“We might buy a newer boat,” she said in a statement.
“And I think someone just might get spoiled: I’m going to buy my husband something nice.”
The winning ticket was purchased at the Sunridge Petro Canada gas station on 36 St. N.E.
