Police investigate suspicious package downtown

Calgary police have taped off a business in the 700 block of 8th Avenue SW after getting reports of a suspicious package.
A business called 911 after receiving something from a courier they didn’t recognize.
CPS have called in extra resources and will be moving in to determine its contents.
They are planning to be there over the rush hour – in the meantime they’re asking people to avoid the area while they investigate.
