Five top chefs from around the world are coming to Calgary to help an important cause.
The culinary experts will create signature dishes for the fifth annual Plate Swap.
The event has benefited 50,000 children so far, through the Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids program.
One of the participating chefs is Justin Leboe from Model Milk and Pigeonhole, who says he’s grateful the restaurant’s success has given him the ability to help others in the community.
The $200 a ticket Plate Swap takes place January 20.
