Drugs, guns and stolen trucks found at Sylvan Lake home

A big rock of crystal meth, a tomahawk and an Uzi style submachine gun were just some of the finds in a Sylvan Lake home.

RCMP found two stolen trucks at a home on Richfield Crescent last Wednesday, and officers arrested four people.

They later obtained a searched warrant and seized a number of items including 10 firearms, stolen credit and ID cards and other drugs.

Officers expect to lay more charges.

For now, four people are facing a long list of offenses and are scheduled to appear in court.

Mounties also arrested two other people after being called to the home within the same day, for a report of a man carrying a gun.
