Plans are moving ahead to let residents return to Fort McMurray.
The Alberta government, along with the Regional Municipality of Wood-Buffalo, have released a 36 page handbook for those planning to start moving back in on June 1.
The booklet contains information on safety, accommodations and housing options, preventing mold, disposing of food, insurance details, cleaning your home and much more.
As of Sunday evening, the wildfire that devastated the city continued to grow, reaching almost 523,000 hectares, with about 2,500 hectares of the blaze burning in Saskatchewan.
However, the risk in Fort McMurray has significantly decreased.
Bob Couture, Command of Emergency Operations in Wood Buffalo, gave an update on Twitter.
He said winds blew smoke into the city over the weekend, and there were several hot spots re-igniting.

Those returning to Fort McMurray are being advised to take enough groceries & medicine for at least 14 days.
Those with medical issues are asked to hold back until June 15, until the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre is operational, and air quality improves.
They also warn many areas of the city could be fenced off, with restricted access.
