Rogers — the parent company of 660 NEWS — is looking to make things more secure for small, medium and large sized business.
Starting in the middle of the first quarter, Rogers will be offering a cyber-security system that will benefit companies.
Senior Vice-President of Products and Solutions, Charlie Wade, said the difference is that Rogers is offering security as a service.
“This means instead of customers having to spend capital up front for expensive cyber security capability, we worked out a way to put it in the cloud in a very secure way so that customers can pay for it on a monthly ongoing basis,” he said.
Wade added that the price will range anywhere from the price of a cup of coffee per day, to something more substantial, depending on the company needs.
More details can be found at Rogers.com/enterprise. The product will be available in February of next year.
