Police asking for public’s help in kidnapping and robbery

Police are seeking help from the public after a violent robbery and kidnapping.

It happened November 18th between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the 3600 block of Brenner Drive NW.

A man was getting into his car when the suspect entered the vehicle by force and demanded the victim’s phone and wallet.

He then told the man to drive his silver 2005 Ford Focus northbound on Shaganppai Trail before stopping at a construction site at Sage Meadows Green NW and Symons Valley Parkway.

The suspect assaulted the victim and fled and foot, but when the victim tried to drive away, he went unconscious and drove his vehicle into a ditch, receiving life threatening injuries as a result.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, between 5’10” and 6′ tall. He was wearing a grey or tan hoodie, a dark blue or black coat, and blue jeans.
