Communities surrounding Calgary are getting a chance to learn more about a transit pilot project that will allow them to commute easily to Calgary.
On-It will provide weekday service between the Somerset-Bridlewood LRT station, Nanton, High River, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, and Okotoks beginning in September 2016.
The Calgary Regional Partnership continues open houses Monday with an information session in Turner Valley at 4:30 p.m. in the Sheep River Library.
On Thursday, there will be a session in Nanton at the Tom Hornecker Recreation Centre at 4 p.m.
Officials will be laying out plans for the pilot project and asking for feedback from potential riders.
