Allison says this year is the event’s 40th anniversary and features Team Canada, who are coming off a gold medal at the Pan Am Games where they qualified for the Rio Olympics along with the reigning Olympic, European and world champions.

World #1 ranked show jumper Scott Brash will also be competing and has the chance to win over 2 million dollars.

He adds, the Masters has really become a big part of September in Calgary and given the forecast, they’re expecting great crowds, of around 200,000 over the 5 days.
